Animations rotated 270 while saving?
I just encountered a major bug. I saved my script and applied some changes to an fbx animation file at the same time, and suddenly EVERY SINGLE animation in my FBX has been flipped.
I'm not going to frankenstein my project by applying a 270 degree rotation to the object in the scene, so the animations "appear" to play upright. I'll just revert to an older save file (because I don't trust unity, ever) and just redo everything that's been done since my last save.
However, this is VERY disconcerting. How can Unity release an engine that could ruin an entire project because of irregular save behavior? All I did was apply an event change to an FBX and a script at the same time, and suddenly my animations under the animation tab are rotated, but in all other tabs (model, rig, materials) it appears upright.
Is there a way to rotate all the animations in an FBX? I've enclosed some screenshots of what happened. This has nothing to do with blender or anything but unity. I wasn't doing anything with any external program, and suddenly this happened.
I've tried re-saving the fbx, restarting unity, etc. I've tried importing an old fbx I had saved, but none of my animation events came with it. Now that I'm over my nervous breakdown, I want to see if anybody is aware of this and knows how to fix it.
