cant add property's nor delete pre existing ones,Cant add property in the animations nor delete ones that i did create.

If it's an animation clip imported from an external asset (a 3D model animated in Blender / $$anonymous$$aya / 3Ds$$anonymous$$ax / ...), it's not possible AFAI$$anonymous$$.
