A lot of users are missing from Unity Analytics

There is a big difference between the new users reported by Unity Analytics when comparing the numbers with iTunes Connect and Game Analytics.

Game Analytics, 402 new iOS users on 12/11

iTunes Connect, 402 downloads (no more attachement allowed).

I have similar discrepancies with other days and the android platform ; less users reported by Unity Analytics than other reporting sources. Could I be using Unity Analytics wrong ?
