unity 3.0 beta 6 - fbx importer frames shift

I upgraded to unity 3.0 beta 6

Now when I import animations from Maya 2009, the frames don't match up. Some are move up, some are moved back, some are are distorted, some are fine.

When I open up the mb file in Maya, the frames are fine.

If I make one baked file for each individual animation, they all come out fine.

It's just when I try to split the animations in the FBXimporter in Unity that things go wrong.

As recommended, I downloaded and installed the 2011.3 fbx plug in for Maya 2009 from http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/pc/item?siteID=123112&id=10775855

I fixed a bug related to shifted keys recently. It will be available in next release of Unity 3.0.
