I have GetAxis() value [-1,1], before I press the paddle the starting value in inspector is 0, I want it as -1 at the beginning
Hi, I connect my Logitech G27 paddle to my game and wish to build a simple driving simulator with the paddle. I want to assign the value from [0,2] to suit my next step coding, so I wrote like clutch = Input.GetAxis("Clutch") + 1f;
. This works but before I start to press the paddle the value shown in the inspector is 1. Is there any way to make it starts at 0? So the later control of the velocity would be easier for me. Anyone know a little about it?
