Failed to import package with error: Couldn't decompress package
Unity: 2018.2.3f1
OS: Windows 10 x64
When I try to import a default package (Characters in this case) I get an error Failed to import package with error: Couldn't decompress package.
Any suggestions?

Found the solution for me anyway. It seems Bitdefender Total Security was blocking 7zip from unpacking the package. Once I allowed 7zip in Bitdefender I could then import without issue.
