Sound format for iPhone/iPad

Hi,

I have sound in three formats .caf, .mp3, and .ogg.

What would be the best format to use in Unity for releasing a game on the iPhone/iPad?

Thanks.

makes no difference.

unity takes care of everything. drop the sound in and move on to the next difficulty !

I've noticed that for Unity3D projects, professional studios will typically send you .wav files

So maybe go with that. hope it helps !

For mobile, unity always converts to mp3 even though you already provide a mp3. Result is a double conversion and then a double loss of quality. It is recomended to upload wave files and unity convert to mp3.
