Collision Between Two Child GameObjects
Hello, I have made a workshop type system in my game that instantiates an object and childs it to the parent of what you are building. It is grid based movement so the player can put each part of the car they are making in a spot on the grid. However I wanted to use Collision to prevent them from clipping inside of each other, and a trigger to detect if said child gameoOjects are adjacent to each other. However since they are both children of the same gameObject they don't collide.
Children of the same gameObject do collide against each other. Unless they are belong to humanoid animation component which are unlikely.
You must setup rigidbody and collider wrong somewhere
