can't run unity 3.4

Question

Hello i gotta problem here... I downloaded latest version of Unity (3.4) it installed smoothly , but when i run it it gives me critical error (don't send or send) and it even don't show me any unity screen just error with those parameters :

AppName: unity.exe AppVer: 3.4.2.27374 ModName: unknown ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 072c6282

my computer : AMD 2800+ 2.13 ghz RAM 1,25GB Video card : Nvidia FX5500 128mb Windows XP pro

Before 3.4 it was runing excellent without problems but in this cool new version this error appears. Why ? Please help me. Thanks.
