Beast Lightmapping conflict with svn

I'm using svn for version control in my current project.

But baked lightmaps using beast only show up correctly in the computer that baked them.

When we update from svn the lightmaps look all wrong on the scene.

"External Version Control Support" is enabled.

We tried rebaking the lightmaps several times with and without "Lock Atlas" enabled and we tried a clean checkout of the project, nothing seems to work.

Has anyone had a similar problem? What could be the problem?

I've had this problem too, but have never been able to figure it out. My best guess is that something about the lightmaps coordinates are embedded in the binary and affected by minor differences in the project directory. Of course I've tried completely fresh directories, but the results are the same.
