My Unity Installer is freezing (mac) - What do i do?

Specs:

MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012)

4 GB 1600 MHz DDR Memory

1. GHz Intel Core i5 Processor

Intel HD Graphics 4000 1024 MB

OS X Yosemite 10.10

When i Click continue on the components step, the application freezes and its Not Responding

Any help is Appreciated
