How could I make a fps touch controller?

By this I mean how they have it in games like critical ops, Dead trigger 1/2, Bullet force(If you've played it).

I need: Walk on left side, Look on right side, crouch button, jump button, shoot button,, and Sprint button, unless you can combine in with walk.
