can't load metadata

I've made a project for 2 weeks now. Yesterday, when I opened it, it says that it can't load metadata/8a... So I created another project and re-import my sprites and prefabs. Today, when I opened it, it says that it can't load metadata/6c... whatever. It's very annoying. If it continues like this, then how am I going to make a game? Can anyone explain me why and how I can fix this?
