You can do something like this:

 #if !UNITY_ANDROID
 // Code that uses extern methods which are not available on Android here
 #endif

The problem in this case is the C# code in your project which has a extern static declaration for a method named MNP_ShowRateUsPopUp (and similar others). That method must exist in native code that is part of the build for Android. Otherwise, this error will occur.

To avoid this, you can us #if directives in the C# code to remove the MNP_ShowRateUsPopUp declaration from the build for Android.

it worked ty. But weird there is already a #if directive #if (UNITY_IPHONE && !UNITY_EDITOR) || SA_DEBUG_$$anonymous$$ODE i dont know what SA_DEBUG_$$anonymous$$ODE is but commenting is out seems to solve the problem. For anyone else facing this problem the issue is with the Stans Assets plugin $$anonymous$$NPIOSNative.cs script just comment out the or remove the SA_DEBUG_$$anonymous$$ODE

Note the function name in the error message:

IOSUnityPlayer_setPlatFormNative_m2804175766

this is probably iOS specific. So you might need to wrap it like this in the C# code:

 #if UNITY_IOS
 void setPlatFormNative();
 #endif
