Unity 2018.1.6f1 loads to a blank white screen with just the toolbar

I am able to open unity, create new projects, etc. But when I load into a selected project, there is only the toolbar at the top of the page; the rest of the screen is totally white. I've tried deleting the unity folders in C:\AppData\Roaming, C:\AppData\Local, and C:\AppData\LocalLow; re-installing Unity; and checking for windows updates.

I have the exact same problem. Tried installing unity 2017.4.6f1 which works only once. When you close a project and open the any project it breaks again. Only reinstalling works (sometimes). It's really annoying.
