WINDOWS 10 DllNotFoundException: sqlite3

Hi i have used Unity 2018.3.11f1 (64-bit). my project working fine in windows 7 Operating System. Recently i upgrade OS to windows 10. i am getting Error "DllNotFoundException: sqlite3". i have search lot unity forums but no idea. if Any one solve this Problem kindly Reply the same. i have lost 4 days. if any one had Idea kindly fix the Problem.
