I have a blank character with no facial features or anything and I want to make him look cool. But when I open the model and edit him in paint 3d I don't know how to apply the changes I made. IF you have a 3D model with a simple texture, you could open up that texture in paint3D, apply your changes to it. Save the file, go back to unity. If it doesnt reimport automatically: Right click on the texture and click Reimport. If the texture isnt applied to the 3D model, check the material that is attached to the model to see if the texture is assigned to it. If not, drag and drop the texture onto the material in the "Texture" Square.
