Error "side-by-side configure is incorrect" when installing unity

Hello friends
While I want to install unity editor on my windows, after double click on its .exe file (downloaded from unity3d.com) I get this Error:

The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.

I try to uninstall and install again Visual C++ Redistributable Package (2008 and 2010) but no success.
Also I used sxstrace.exe to log the error and the installation error was:

=================
Begin Activation Context Generation.
Input Parameter:

Flags = 0
ProcessorArchitecture = Wow32
CultureFallBacks = en-US;en
ManifestPath = D:\UnitySetup-4.5.5.exe
AssemblyDirectory = D:\
Application Config File =

....................................
INFO: Parsing Manifest File D:\UnitySetup-4.5.5.exe.
INFO: Manifest Definition Identity is (null).
ERROR: Line 0: XML Syntax error.
ERROR: Activation Context generation failed.
End Activation Context Generation.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance
