Player jumping automatically
Hi there,
I currently have an issue regarding my player in my unity game. I have suspicion to believe that this may have something to do with the fact that I have a procedurally generated map
So the thing is this map is generated sort of like with lego pieces, meaning individual lanes are placed together in order to make diversity when it comes to holes, obstacles, etc.
This results in a lot of colliders, as in A LOT. And I add a slowly incrementing force to my player, meaning the rigidbody travels faster and faster over these colliders, which makes unity unable to maintain the y position?
Anyway that's my thoughts on it, does anyone have any clue as to how I can fix this issue?
Some information:
My player collider is a sphere collider
My lane colliders are box colliders
I am not using a kinematic rigidbody and gravity is on
I am using the AddForce() function to add force to the player
I still wish for my player to able to jump
