Vuforia Plugin Issues with Computer and Android

When I try to build my Vuforia project to my phone (Galaxy Note 4 - Android ) the screen is black. This happens from 3 different computers. My work computer exports even worse. It shows a texture instead of a video. From that same computer at work it exports to my Co-Workers iPhone 6 with no issues.

If anyone knows any quick fixes for this off hand please let me know!
