custom android unity splash screen?

i have been browsing through the unity files and i found this:

"C:\Program Files\Unity\Editor\Data\PlaybackEngines\AndroidPlayer\Apk\assets\bin\Data\splash.png\"

its the location of the android splash screen!, can i savely replace this with another image with the same details?

If you use Unity Personal Edition to make your project, a default splash screen displays while your game loads.

Unity Professional Edition users can change the splash screen.
