              Can't create animation events
i have an imported animation where i am attempting to create a new event.
i go to the animation and press the plus sign then write the name of the function and press apply. however once it's done applying i can't see any events:

I don't know if its related to this but when i apply the following console comes out:
EndLayoutGroup: BeginLayoutGroup must be called first. UnityEngine.GUIUtility:ProcessEvent(Int32, IntPtr)
