change other characters into animal,change persons into deer

there are some assets like sniper kit where model is shooting other charackers so i want to create hunting game is it possible to change other characters into animals and how thankx ,i have seen many assets like sniper kit where they are shooting others characters so i want to make hunting game is it possible to change others characters into animals to shoot thankx
