Unity Editor doesn't open and gives the error below
Hi,
I have been working on Unity3D from past six months and had created some simple projects since then. Nowadays while opening some of the projects which were opening without any hiccups before, it gives me the error as in the image below while opening them.
Sometimes I get this error :
and sometimes this:
What could be the possible reason for it and how can I overcome?

Well, either the folder is missing, the permissions are wrong for the user on the machine or something is holding a handle to the file and not letting go. Have you restarted your computer since getting this problem?
Can you make a copy of _TestGame to say _TestGameTestTestGame, go into the new copied folder _TestGameTestTestGame/TestGame and delete Temp and Library?
When you open it next time it will rebuild the database and such.
I had restarted quite a several times but in vain.This is happening not for a particular project.I will be getting such errors for quite a few projects which I have not opened for a while.
Even after uninstalling and re-installing Unity the problem persisted(Unity 3.5). Could not figure out what the problem was.
Now using Unity Version 4.0.1f2 and it is working fine. No issues.
