seems like your pc username contains unknown letters orsomething..

Good day.

I recommend you 2 thinks:

1- Change your Pc Nme, User Name, Account Name, Unity User NAme, Unity Company Nameand, etc... all names that contains some character that is not in basic ASCI characters, thisones:

 A B C D E F G H I J K L M O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0

2- Then Reinstall Unity.

And all should be fine :D
