Hololens Dev: UWP Build Failing + Missing x86 dlls
Unable to build visual studio solution from unity project made for the hololens.
The first problem is that the build that unity makes fails to generate a x86 folder for the plugins. So, the initial error with the build is that it is missing a MicStreamSelector.dll. The missing x86 folder is located in the App/PROJECTNAME/Plugins/ file path. I thought the problem was due to the Project Settings but after building something from the hololens academy successfully and transferring the Project Settings from that project the same issue occurred.
The second problem occurs when I manually add the library files missing that cause the first problem. The solution builds in visual studio and says it deploys successfully but it then window opens in visual studio that says
Unable to activate Windows Store app 'APPNAME'. The activation request failed with error 'The app didn't start'. See help for advice on troubleshooting the issue.
