How to Get response from Website

Hello everyone! I have Application.OpenURL(someUrl); code to open browser with specific url. After it I click some button in the browser and browser redirect me to the redirect link. Can I catch or get this response in the code? If I can, how I can do it? I need header from this link to retrieve token.
