How to add Multipeer support between iOS and Windows?

I have to play videos on my big Windows screen from my iPad. I have tried this asset https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/tools/network/basic-wifi-local-multiplayer-137753. It works with Android and Win combination but somehow it fails for Win and iPad combo. Is there a good way of network messaging for iOS?
