Light Baking for Single Scene Game

I have set up single scene gameplay within my Unity game. There are 3 different 3d environments within the game. That you can play as you finish the different rounds in the game.

So I have implemented gameplay prefabs to initialize rounds/environments. On each game retry or completion, I just require to spawn new prefab of the gameplay rather than loading a new scene.

Now I want to implement light baking within my game. does this possible to implement light baking as per my current game structure? Because different environment instantiated based on game progress.

What kind of changes, I require to implement in the game so I can do the light baking process? Currently, I was facing a problem of FPS loss at random interval in the game.

Share your side idea or thought related to this. Thank you for your time given to my point.
