Anima2D - Getting sprite to interact with another sprites z-order
So my problem is this: I want my boot to be in front of the left leg, but behind the right leg, however, these are both parts of the same sprite and therefore the same sorting layer, now internally Anima2D handles this by having a z-order for each bone, and automatically takes care of overlap, but it doesn't seem to affect the sprites in regards to each other, even when they're on the same sorting layer and z-order in the layer.
The obvious answer is to either merge the boots with the pants, or cut up the pants into 2 sections, but I'd really like to avoid both of those options if it is possible.
