Package Manager and other windows not showing properly in older versions of unity

Hi I'm new to unity & I am trying to open some projects that were written in older versions of unity, for which I downloaded the older versions ( 2020.2.3 & 2020.1.13) from the archived webpage to unity hub and both of these versions have issues in all the windows, those windows are not loading properly. Does anyone know what the issue is and how it can be fixed?
