Animation Rigging: Constraining handheld objects
I am experimenting with animation rigging, and currently has a humanoid with a attached animation, together with a Two Bone IK Constraint, that keeps the hand positionen on a object. I want to be able to move the object with my my mouse, but keep it in the boundaries of how far my humanoid can reach. So i can't move the handheld object further to the right, if the characters hand can't reach that position. I am just wondering if there is any specific way to achieve this in unity, and if so, what is the best solution? I am not asking for code, as i like to do it myself, but would be nice to be pointed in the right direction. Thanks!
