How to make built-in voice dictation as a way to input text in iOS?

I want to know if there is a way to make built-in voice dictation as the default way to input text when a TextInput is focused.

Instead of having the need to push the micro icon when the keyboard is open and then press Done and finally closing the keyboard.

I hope somebody can give more clues about how to make it!
