Android controller

Hi this is my first ever question here so i guess i will not get fast answer but anyway here is what i struggle with i have a camera controller and its in PC version controller so can i make change with that script and make it touch controller or how to make one? Its for third person controller so it's need rotation around character zoom in and out and touch guis on screen and select enemy or objects...

Simple its like Order and Chaos game on android//
