Simple score system breaking crates
I'm using destructible crates, and I want to attach a scoring system to them so that score will be displayed in the bottom left corner and 500 points will be added upon destruction of a crate. I have no clue how to do this whatsoever. Could you post the script? Please help!
You should watch the Roll-A-Ball tutorial from the Unity Learn section, especially these 2 videos
It is a better practice for you to learn this through application, do the whole tutorial as it might answer any further questions you might have later.
I can $$anonymous$$ch you how to do it, if you want. Just message me on the forum when you are ready.
Ok, I watched the tutorial and figured it out! New problem with it now, though:

It seems like you're somewhat new to unity, so posting a script may not a very helpful solution. I'd suggest you look up some of unity's starting tutorials first, or check out their live training sessions.
for your case specifically, I suggest looking into these tutorials: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QRp4V1JTZnM
