Why is Unity Hub not opening?

So I installed Unity Hub, and it is supposed to open up when its done installing but it didn't so i thought okay, lets just try opening it from the icon itself so i double clicked on the desktop shortcut for Unity Hub it left me and that still didn't load. Please help.
