Adjust the file format (ScreenCapture.CaptureScreenshot)

Currently I am having a slight with the method ScreenCapture.CaptureScreenshot. When using it, I am outputting a 24-bit image. How can I adjust the file format to only be outputted as an 8-bit image? The best, Mathias.
