Is there a Unity audio dsp cpu cap and can you change it?

Does anyone know what the unity audio dsp cpu budget is and how its calculated? Is there a Unity audio cpu cap and can you change it? I'm having trouble working out exactly what the profiler audio DSP param represents. I'm assuming that audio is delegated a single CPU core but can't find anything to confirm/ deny this.
