project starting error. cannot assess database.

project starting error. project didn't working.

alert massage : cannot assess database

the project you are opening contains a locked lilrary/sourceAssectDB file. make sure that there is no file lock or another process having this file open.

I tried to delete a temp folder, but not working. how can i fix it?
