Can not get offline license by Unity Pro Bundle serial number.
I am trying to activate a offline license by a Unity Pro Bundle serial number. I got this serial number from my company's organization owner, and he has confirmed that I have a seat in our organization.
I can active license in UnityHub 2.4.14, but I can not get offline license by the same serial number at "https://license.unity.cn/manual/serial/new". Here will show me a warnging:"serial is not assigned to you, please contact the owner of the organization."
I need run unity use an offline PC, so I have to do a manual active . Please help.
OK, I found the problem. I have logged in to multiple accounts, so when I need to confirm that I use the required account for offline activation, I need to delete all the Unity page browser caches and log in again.
