WHY RED CRUCIBLE DOES NOT START AND BRINGS BACK MENU PAGE AS STARTING OVER AUTOMATICALLY?

AS SOON AS I START RED CRUCIBLE RELOADED, AFTER CHOOSING A GAME FROM BROWSERS, IT BRINGS ME BACK TO MENU. MAY THE TECHNICAL TEAM/HELP DESK HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS?!!!

I see you have one of those modern keyboards that only has uppercase keys.

Anyway a game developed using a certain game engine is not the responsibility of the game engine or the participants of a game forum for such a game engine.

You need to direct your question to the makers of the game not here so I'm going to close this as off topic.
