Getting NotificationServices.ScheduleLocalNotification to work in Unity
NotificationServices.ScheduleLocalNotification does not work in Unity i.e. the scheduled firedate seems not to work, whatever I set the fireDate to it looks like 01/01/2001 00:00:00 and I guess the schedule does not work, thus notifications will never be fired. This is inconvenient because I use Unity dev environment to develop my app and my app depends on iOS local notifications for now. Deploying to iOS takes a long time and is not optimal for development.
Is there anyway to get local notifications to work in Unity Editor Player?
I'm having the same problem with my Local Notifications. I can create a Local Notification instance but none of the values can be changed (fireDate, alertBody, etc.). Did you ever fix your problem?
