Does Unity 2017.4 support SDL2 on Linux?
Hi! I have a possibly weird question, as I'm not sure if the question is right.
I've been asked to develop a frontend application for a device running Linux and SDL2 (no more details for now), and I was thinking on using Unity 2017.4, but I'm not sure if its compatible with this device (if the device's details are enough to say so).
I've found a few links saying Unity 5.6 introduced SDL support, but I'd appreciate a lot if someone could give me a straight answer: would an Unity 2017.4 application run on a device running Linux and SDL2?
On the other hand, should I ask any other details to make sure if it would or wouldn't be compatible?
Thanks a lot in advance. And sorry for the noob question but I'm just not sure if it makes sense.
