Placing tree objects with Terrain or Polybrush which one is useful ??
Hi Everyone,
I'm making a racing game on a big map(10km x 10km), It's really hard to handle operations while working while there are many tree objects on the land in the game especially for performance . but if I put the tree object like normal object I can set passive object and I can manage my operation, in additionaly I can also use it for seperate trees for low or high grap setting for each computer. in additionally I can also use it for manage denstini of trees for low or high graphic setting for user. If I can see the trees in hierarch I can manage it easily.
My question is how you manage this situation and using pollybursh can cause any performance loss ?
