Add mesh colliders to (any) SteamVR controllers (in unity)
SteamVR / OpenVR has a bunch of scripts that spawn the appropriate model (vive, oculus etc) mesh automatically whenever a controller comes online or wakes up.
Has anyone figured out where/how one could edit this system to make any spawned controller mesh also have collision on it?
The system does not use prefabs, so I can't just add a mesh collider there.
