How Do I Make A Realistic Flashlight?
When I add a spot light to my camera, it just looks like a plain circle like this: 
But I want it to bend and stuff to make it realistic like this: 
How Do I do this?
Use a spot light with a light cookie (It seems like you've already got the cookie).
I think the problem is that it is stuck exactly to the camera, it needs to be offset (like it's in someone's hand, so down and to the right or left, or connected to a gun or something) so it will cast visible shadows and move depending on the objects in the scene.
