HELP! I can only see scene,HELP! only scene could be seen

I can only see scene in unity. It's windows. When I import a project alt text My teammate told me to reinstall. But it's useless. I tried to change layout, by it seems that all the windows are there but they don't show(I am not sure) for example, when I choose 2by3

I really don't know how to deal with it. I'm going to cry. GOD. Who can help me,please
