How do you report, flag or remove spam here on Answers?

that's because there's not report button under your post
but under your post is
more
and in more button there's a report on first line
and you can't see report in your own post
If you are dealing with an obvious Spam bot
1) Send to $$anonymous$$oderation 2) Locate Suspend Link 3) Reject Post
There should be report link under the Q or A. If you have enough karma there is also delete and close and retag and edit. Use report first, then if you can delete, do that. Or edit or retag, whatever you can do to hide the spam. They are just trying to get google ranking. We hope that using 'report' will alert and bother Qato enough to actually try to take better measures to prevent the spam in the first place. Then click on the name of the poster to see what other damage they've done. Usually they hit 10 to 20 other postings. So go to each of them and report and repair what you can. Thanks for helping.
I can't see a "Report" button to save my life... Does this only show up for the person who POSED the question? I'm used to some sort of "report" solution for this, but I can't find one.
I just changed the site so that to answer a question you need >1 $$anonymous$$arma points. This change means that a new user needs to ask a question and have it voted up before they have enough karma to answer questions. Now, I don't particularly like this, but if it reduces the incidents of spam, then for now it's a price worth paying.

I don't see a "report" button (even officially "searched" the page, in case I didn't see it), so that's why I was asking... No obvious thing to flag!

Ah, I think it must be like Little Angel said, you presumably only get a report button after a certain level of karma... strange method...
And you link you could GET karma for reporting and deleting spammers!
But, sadly, yes, that would be abused.
