Apparent FPS cap on high refresh rate monitors

Hi guys,

Our game has a demo version up on itch.io that we use to gather player feedback. Several players have reported that the game seems to be capped at 60 FPS on high refresh rates monitors.

I know the game runs much faster 60 FPS on a decent PC, and I've double checked that V-Sync is off, and Application.targetFrameRate is left to its default value of -1. So in theory, there should be no cap.

I don't have a high refresh rate monitor so it's kinda hard to dig any further. Is there anything in Unity that could cause such a cap to happen? Should I set Application.targetFrameRate to a higher value by hand maybe?

I can only say that I experienced the same 60 fps cap, regardless of the monitor used.
