How do I export my IAP Catalog to Apple?

Hello, I was following through the Unity Codeless IAP tutorial, and it says to export my games' IAP Catalog as an XML file and to follow Apple's instructions next.

However, I could not find anything directly about XML files from Apple themselves.

If anyone could link me to the right place, or list me the steps directly, I would be extremely appreciative.
